At KoivioKoti, we are committed to delivering your premium sauna and wellness products as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle your orders.
1. Order Processing
We aim to process and pack all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to ensure your items arrive safely. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your items.

Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 3–7 business days for domestic orders.

International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders depend on the destination country and customs clearance processes. Please allow 7–14 business days for international delivery.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipping Destinations

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

7. Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your wellness items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged:
